How to solve certain issues pertaining to the gospel using the scriptures:

People sometimes argue and complain over petty matters
in church meetings or throughout the week.
o To
solve this issue the scriptures recommend esteeming others as thyself through
obedience and humility. We should not murmur (talk behind people’s backs), or
dispute.

Many youth feel that their parents’ testimony is
sufficient for them. Since they have good parents they rely on them for
spiritual strength.
o To
these individuals the scriptures say to work out your own salvation for
yourself, trust God and let the Spirit that dwells in you speak to you, take
action in developing your own faith.

An investigator is considering joining the church,
but their family will no longer associate with them if they do.
o To
these individuals the scriptures say that loss is in Christ. He takes all our
losses and makes them pluses. Look to the future, and have faith. Let Christ be
thy strength.

o The
spirit will guide you to the things you ought to know and the principals that
will teach you in that moment.
