Love Happens...Fast in our Case

I am sick of skeptics. Everyone has their own love story. Just because my love story involves us falling in love quicker than other people, does not mean it's not real, and that things won't work out. We fell in love fast, and we fall deeper every day. So quit your bellyaching about "we're just one of those couples." Our love is as legitimate as anyone who fell in love over years. We are happy, and secure in our marriage.

This is our love story in pictures:

This is before we were a couple, but we had been on one or two dates.
This is before we were a couple. We volunteered for Special Olympics. That is our friend Sari.
This was Memorial Day weekend 2010. We were finally a couple here.
This is at a mall in Idaho Falls.
Marcus took me with him to his family reunion in Colorado in 2010. I was expecting him to propose there, but he didn't.
We woke up at 2 to leave by 3am.
July 5th we were engaged, and this was our friend Sabrina's birthday party.
Newly Engaged.
We went to a dance after Marcus broke his foot.
I visited Marcus in WA during the summer. We spent Fall Semester apart.
We went to the Tillamook  cheese factory with his family.
This was right before I went back home to CA.

Marcus came to visit me during Thanksgiving break.

Rexburg was a huge part of our love story, and it is the perfect community for love to take place...especially in the Spring!
This explains a lot about our relationship. Marcus is a goofy man, and I love every ounce of it!

This was right before we got married.
December 21, 2010; the day I married my best friend. :)

It was such a long day that Marcus was so tired. He actually took a little cat nap while everyone was dancing.

The next step was the honeymoon! We took a trip up the CA/OR coast . It was nice until we both got sick about two days into it.

This was China Town in San Francisco.
We moved into our first place, and I chopped off my hair!

Halloween 2011
More of our first place.
See the goofy? I love this man. He makes my life so colorful!
This was our first anniversary in 2011. We spent it at the LA Temple.

Carving a pumpkin! See my little tummy bump?
This was 34 weeks. Madeline was born three weeks later!
20 week Ultrasound.
Morning of March 2, 2012. 3am. Contractions!
5:20am Madeline Neve Thackeray joined the world.
She had made Marcus and I join forces even more! She is such a joyful and sassy girl.
We went to visit my family over the 7 week break.  Maddy is my girl. I will love her forever.
This was our Christmas photo 2012.
Halloween 2012. I was Anita, and Marcus was Roger, and Maddy was a  puppy from 101 Dalmatians.
The loves of my life! How can I not be in love?
Maddy was teething here, and she was a pain, but we worked through it together...and with  Baby Tylenol!

We spent Christmas this year with Marcus' family. We went Snow Mobiling!  FUN!
Anyways, we are in love, and we knew it from a very short time. Get over your "rules" (which are actually your own limitations), and realize that it only takes a moment to fall in love. Some people complicate things like in Serendipity. Love is not complicated. It is pure and does involve risk...the BEST risk. Take a chance and just love and be loved.

The End.
